From a Pay Bar to Bespoke Cocktails – The Alcobox is the most flexible bar hire service on four wheels! Here’s how it works…
Your Bar Hire/Booking Fee – required to secure your date, covering the following:
- Temporary Events Notice (TEN Licence) which allows the sale of alcohol at your event – we can sort it for if you/your venue doesn’t have one
- Full bar and equipment hire for your event (excluding drinks)
- Two to four friendly and skilled bar staff to serve the drinks and run the bar
- Personalised chalkboards, straws etc!
- Your choice of service hours
BAR SERVICES
Option A – ‘YOUR WAY’ (Great for small parties)
As the host, you treat your guests by putting an amount of your choice behind the bar for them to enjoy drinks on you…once the amount is met your guests then pay for their own drinks. Alternatively we can arrange a first drink only or welcome drinks table.
Option A – ‘THEY PAY’ (The way forward for larger parties)
It’s simple. We rock up, set up and serve your guests who will pay for their own drinks by cash or card – pay as you go style.
Option C – ‘FREE WAY’ (Very – very – popular with guests)
If you’re feeling extra generous, why not opt for an open bar? We set up a running tab throughout the event which is settled by you – cash or card – at the end of the night. Another option is for us to create a set drinks menu and charge a price per head.
The choice is entirely yours. Please feel free to discuss all options prior to booking.

cocktail bar
We offer a specialty cocktail service alongside or as an alternative to our standard bar options. We will work with you to go above and beyond when creating bespoke menus to match your event and theme.
prosecco/champagne bar
If you like things simple and just need to keep the fizz flowing, we can operate a solely prosecco/champagne bar. Works great for engagements, baby showers, hen-dos, or as an eye-catching wedding add-on.
